You export it, in full, whenever you want. Export, printing, backups and the audit log are never gated by a plan and never withheld for non-payment — your records belong to your clinic, not to us. A lapsed subscription stops you writing new records; it never locks you out of the ones you already have.

Praclyn is built for clinic wifi rather than an office fibre line. Each screen loads only its own code, so a receptionist who lives in the queue and the till never downloads the rest of the product.

The scribe drafts; the doctor approves. Nothing it writes reaches a prescription or a record without a clinician signing off, and drug interaction and allergy checks run independently of it on every prescription — on every plan, including the cheapest.

You move up a plan when you pass a limit, and the app tells you which limit you hit and what the next plan costs before you commit. Prices are listed exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout — the number on the pricing page plus tax is the number on the card statement.
